The North Carolina oyster industry has come a long way in a very short period. Five years ago, Coastal Provisions Oyster Bar & Wine Bar Café hosted its first North Carolina Coastal Federation benefit dinner, featuring just one North Carolina oyster from Bodie Island. Today, the restaurant offers more than a dozen.
Join us as we celebrate the growth of the North Carolina oyster industry with a six-course dinner featuring local oysters served prepared on the half-shell, all paired with a select wine from Daniel Lewis, chef, sommelier and 2017 Pelican Award recipient, of Coastal Provisions Oyster Bar & Wine Bar Café. Proceeds will benefit the North Carolina Coastal Federation. The event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14. Tickets are $65 for federation members and $75 for non-members.
